Amla Haldi pickle for winter Ingredients Amla - 6 Large fresh turmeric root - 1 Urad dal - 1 tsp Mustard seeds - half tsp Ajwain - half tsp Dried ginger powder - quarter tsp Salt as per the taste. Preparation: Grate 6 amla fruits and 1 large fresh turmeric root. In a fry pan, put 1 tbsp til oil. Add chopped green chilli and haldi. Let it warm, then add 1 tsp urad dal, half tsp mustard seeds, half tsp ajwain, quarter tsp dried ginger powder . Add grated amla and toss till slightly tender.Add grated turmeric root. Add salt as per the tast. Toss for a few seconds and switch it off.Garnish with finely chopped insulin leaves or coriander leaves. Health benefits: 1.This pickle is loaded with vitamin c, vitamin A betacarotene and contains curcumin. 2.This is very useful for hair growth and preventing hair fall. 3.Blood purifier, ideal anti diabetic fresh pickle, it contains antioxidants. 4.
